Skellig Michael
A landscape of wild beauty sculpted by the wind, the sea and the ingenious footprint of man… this is Skellig Michael. An island that soars to 218 metres in height, with a Christian monastery at the summit. The monastery was built in 588AD and is one of the earliest Christian settlements in Ireland. Many do not know that the Skelligs is one of the 7 monasteries of St Michael that on the world map form a straight line starting in Ireland and finishing in Israel.

Portmagee
A picturesque and colourful fishing village that overlooks Valentia harbour. After taking a break with a delicious coffee and cake in one of the nice cafés by the marina, you are ready to get on the boat to Skelligs Island (Optional)

Valentia Island
From Portmagee, along the bridge, we will reach Valentia Island, Geokaun Mountain and Fogher Cliffs. In the north-west of the island you can take a walk and a moment of healthy relaxation in the Glanleam House and Subtropical Gardens, known for its extremely rare exotic plants.

Ballinskelligs
While passing through Ballinskelligs there are opportunities to stop for a bite to eat or drink at the various cafes, pubs and shops or visit the Blue Flag beach.
